I am writing to endorse Nicole Pacheco to the School Committee.
Nicole exemplifies the qualities we should seek in our elected officials. Nicole demonstrates a thoughtful approach to policy, taking the time to research and understand the issues at hand. Her leadership qualities shine through in decisions she makes, prioritizing the well-being of our students and community above all else.
What sets Nicole apart are her actions. She shows up ready to listen, learn, and lead. Even before assuming her current School Committee role, Nicole was actively involved attending meetings, seeking guidance from established leaders and preparing herself to serve effectively.
In an age where trust in elected officials is often questioned, Nicole restores faith through her dedication and thoughtfulness. She embodies citizen-leadership who approaches governance with integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference. Together, let’s continue to champion leaders who prioritize the needs of our community and strive to create a better future for all.
