Monroe Supports Kuechler
I am proud to offer my strong support for Pam Kuechler as a candidate for the Fairhaven Select Board.
I had the privilege of serving alongside Pam on the Fairhaven School Committee for many years, and during that time I saw firsthand the qualities that make her an outstanding leader. Pam brings a combination of professionalism, integrity, and thoughtful decision making to every role she takes on. She understands the complexities of municipal budgets and is not afraid to make the difficult decisions that are often required to serve the best interests of the community.
In her role as Executive Director of PACE, Pam has demonstrated strong leadership, sound financial management, and a deep commitment to the people she serves. Her experience extends well beyond theory, she has real, practical knowledge of how to balance competing priorities while remaining focused on long-term stability and success.
Just as important as her professional qualifications is who Pam is as a person. She is a genuinely good and decent individual who treats everyone with respect. That is why she is so widely respected by those who know her and those who have had the opportunity to work with her.
Fairhaven is facing challenging financial times, and we need steady, experienced leadership to help guide us forward. Pam Kuechler has the knowledge, temperament, and character to be exactly that kind of leader. I am confident she will serve the town well and be a valuable resource for our community.
