Mello listens to all sides
We are writing this letter in support of Natalie A. Mello for Fairhaven Selectboard 2025.
We have known Natalie for several years through our church affiliation. We’ve both been on various committees and teams with her. She is presently the chairperson of the Faith Formation team and a member of the Board of Governors, in addition to holding other leadership roles.
Natalie is a highly organized, detail-oriented person. She has a very strong collaborative leadership style. She listens to all sides of an issue with curiosity, empathy and professionalism.
Natalie asks questions to understand others’ points of view. Natalie dives deep into the multiple possible outcomes of an issue and collaboratively engages with others to come up with the best solution for all.
Throughout her career, Natalie has held many leadership positions, including in her service to the Town of Fairhaven, on several committees. Natalie understands the importance of being fiscally responsible and working with other town departments toward the best outcome for the people of Fairhaven.
Natalie has the experience and drive to support the businesses and residents of Fairhaven in the upcoming years.
