Gallagher Will Not Seek Re-Election to Fairhaven BOH
When I was elected to the Fairhaven Board of Health in 2021, bringing stability and transparency to the board were my top priorities. I hope you agree that those goals have been achieved. It has been a team effort and I am proud of the small role I have played.
After due consideration, I have decided not to seek re-election to the Board of Health in 2024. I hope this early notification assists others who may be considering getting involved in Fairhaven government. Only through active citizen participation can our town address our current and future challenges.
Fairhaven is a special place. I have enjoyed my term on the Board of Health and look forward to possibly serving in other roles in the future.
I will always appreciate the trust placed in me by my fellow townspeople.
