40R Impact and Consequences
Let me say first of all I am mindful of the impact of changes and shifts in our population such as numbers, ages, and other factors. There are other factors that need to be taken into consideration when making changes in our zoning laws such as the economy, business, schools, etc., but I s day the most important factor is a well-informed, educated, motivated, concerned citizenry. I recognize the importance of a planning committee to have a comprehensive plan or plans to accommodate this.
What I object to is the heavy-handed way the bureaucrats of the state headed up by the socialist government presided by Governor Healey come into our down and try to impose their will and intentions on us. I heard one of the presenters at the precinct meeting held on 9/30/24 say that you have no choice, we are going to do it anyway.
My number one concern is who will occupy these buildings. I say that in all probability they will be undocumented illegal aliens who have no right to be here. We have no way of telling who they are, whether they’re gang members MS13 members, drug dealers, sex traffickers, rapists, you name it.
For the most part they have little in common with the majority of the citizens of this town who for the most part are hardworking respectful patriots who support their families, pay taxes, volunteer, serve as police and firemen, school teachers. I give special recognition to those who join our military and fight and die to protect our country,
There is another most impactful aspect I would like to make. My mother-in-law was an immigrant from Portugal. She had fallen on hard times, she lost her husband. Her sister was living here in the U.S. Her sister sponsored her, she was vetted, she worked, learned to speak English, studied for and passed her citizenship test.
I say, what right have these undocumented illegal aliens to live here and enjoy the rights and freedoms so many men and women have fought and died for. What really irritates and infuriates me are these socialist Marxists little Kamala Harris and Governor Healy who bring them into our country and state. For one reason only, to change the electorate of our country and secure their votes and thereby secure their quest for power and control.
I say take it from Trump. Fight, fight, fight. Both yours and your children’s futures are on the line.
