INVITATION TO BID
The Town of Fairhaven invites sealed proposals for Digitization of Records. The Town seeks to contract with a qualified vendor for the purpose of digitizing various records located within Town Hall.
Invitation for Bid documents may be obtained as of Thursday, September 21, 2023. Detailed specifications will be available by emailing kfournier@fairhaven-ma.gov
Bids will be received at the Town of Fairhaven, Town Hall, Selectboard Office, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 on or before Thursday, October 12, 2023 @12:00PM.
Sealed envelopes containing the proposals shall be clearly marked “IFB Digitization of Records”
NOTE: One original copy of each bid shall be submitted. NO faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.
The Town of Fairhaven reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
All proposals for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B as amended.
