PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given in accordance with provisions of Chapter 130, Section 60 of MGL as amended and Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Fairhaven Select Board, That Blue Stream Shellfish LLC, Dale Leavitt of 56 Goulart Memorial Drive, Fairhaven, MA 02719 and John Mills of 20 Bridge St., Fairhaven, MA 02719 have both requested to renew their Aquaculture Licenses for a term of five years. Public hearing with the Selectboard to be held on March 11, 2024 at 6:30 PM. Meeting agenda can be found on the Town of Fairhaven website (https://www.fairhaven-ma.gov/select-board)
