Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 25, 2020, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following
• Special Permit application SP 2020 – 02 – Acushnet Co. HQ Modifications. The applicant, the Acushnet Company, is requesting approval to construct a new 900 sf visitor entrance and a new 7,500 sf wellness area with associated infrastructure and landscaping at the Acushnet Company Headquarters. The location is 333 Bridge Street, Map 30C Lot 60, Fairhaven, Massachusetts (61.86 acres).
• A revised Notice that the originally scheduled public hearing on February 11, 2020 for Special Permit application SP 2020 – 01– Ocean Breezes Condominiums (Dupras) will be continued without taking testimony to February 25, 2020. The applicant, Brian Dupras, dba Shoreline Development (Property owned by Robert & Janet Tubbs ), is requesting approval to construct a single four-unit multi-family residential building with two-bedrooms each on Huttleston Avenue. The location is 294 Huttleston Avenue, Map 31B Lot 60B (0.64 acres).
A copy of the applications are on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
