Millicent Library-Terracotta repairs to three (3) chimneys at 45 Center St. Fairhaven, MA.
Bid Documents prepared by Stephen Kelleher Architects, Inc., for the Town of Fairhaven.
Millicent Library Board of Directors the awarding authority. Kyle DeCicco-Carey, Library Director.
Bidding procedures are in accordance with Chapter 149_Section 44A Thru 44L inclusive of the General Laws of Massachusetts. Electronic documents will be available after Sept. 20th, 2023 from the Library Director. A pre-bid conference will be held on Sept. 27th, 2023 at the Millicent Library, 10:00 AM. General Bids are due Oct. 6th, 2023, 2:00 PM at the Library’s Director office for an open reading aloud. This is a prevailing wage project with a full performance and labor bond required along with a DECAM certification.
