Notice is hereby given under Chapter 138, Section 15 of the MA General Laws that an open Board of Selectmen’s Meeting will be held at the Acushnet Town Hall, which is located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA, in the meeting room on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. to approve a transfer of a Package Store All Alcohol License from Silveira Company, Inc. (d/b/a Jason’s Variety) to Akant, Inc. (d/b/a Liquor Palace), (Hevan Patel, Manager) (w/Pledge of License.) The premises consists of three rooms on the first floor of a one story building with stock in the rear room at premises situated on the east side of Main Street and numbered 270 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743.
