In accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 9, you are hereby notified of a public hearing.
The Acushnet Planning Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., to review a Site Plan Review and Special Permit as follows:
Submitted by: Clem’s Way Solar, LLC, c/o Rewild Renewables
Property owner: Brookside Realty Trust
Represented by: Beals and Thomas, Inc.
Scope of Work: The applicant proposes a ground mounted solar energy facility.
Location: 1094 Main Street, Acushnet, MA
Map 7 Lot 15
This meeting will be held at the Board of Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Hall, 122 Main Street, Acushnet, MA 02743 and over Teams. See meeting notice to be posted by September 16, 2025, for Teams instructions.
All persons, parties, or corporations interested therein may appear and be heard in relation thereto.
