PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Acushnet Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Town Hall Meeting Room located at 122 Main Street, Acushnet, Massachusetts.
• Public Hearing – NOI – Lake Street – New Bedford Reservoir (Lakes 1, 2 & 4) – Map 3, lot 13, Map 4, lot 49&Map 19, lot 32 – SE 001-0595 A Notice of Intent was filed by James Kelley, Town of Acushnet, for the property located at the New Bedford Reservoir – Lakes 1, 2 and 4. The applicant proposes the removal, at the root, of invasive weeds from areas of the New Bedford Reservoir (lakes 1, 2, & 4) located in Acushnet, using an Eco Harvester.The applicant is represented by Scott Daggett, Lake Street Improvement Committee.
