NVITATION TO BID
The Town of Fairhaven invites sealed proposals for replacement and removal of fire alarm panel and devices. The Town seeks to contract with a qualified vendor for the purpose of replacement and removal of fire panel and devices located within Town Hall.
Invitation for Bid documents may be obtained as of April 8 2024. Detailed specifications will be available by emailing kfournier@fairhaven-ma.gov
Bids will be received at the Town of Fairhaven, Town Hall, Selectboard Office, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719 on or before May 6 2024 12:00 pm
Sealed envelopes containing the proposals shall be clearly marked Replacement and removal of fire alarm and devices.
NOTE: One original copy of each bid shall be submitted. NO faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.
The Town of Fairhaven reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the Town.
All proposals for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 308 as amended.
