REQUEST FOR CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE APPLICATION(S)
(Application Deadline – Friday, November 1, 2019 at 2:00 P.M.)
The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Fairhaven, Cable Television Licensing Issuing Authority of the Town of Fairhaven, encourages and seeks applications for cable television license(s) in the Town of Fairhaven, pursuant to 207 Code of Mass. Regulations Sections 3.02(1)(a) et, seq. Interested parties should file a Massachusetts Cable Division Form 100 (available at www.mass.gov/how-to/initiatc-a-new-cable license), together with a $100 non-refundable application fee payable to the Town of Fairhaven, for a license to construct and operate a cable television system in the Town, on or before 2:00 P.M., Friday, November 1, 2019. Form 100 Applications are also available at the Office of the Board of Selectmen, Fairhaven Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719. All applications received will be available for public inspection at the Board of Selectmen’s Office during regular Town Hall business hours and for reproduction at a reasonable fee.
