Notice is hereby given that the Town of Fairhaven will conduct a Public Hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020 in the Town Hall banquet room, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719.
The purpose of this hearing will be to determine whether a dog is a nuisance or a dangerous dog pursuant to Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 140, Section 157.
Dog name is “Lightning” and is owned by Nancy Santuro at 148 Dogwood Street.
Anyone wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
