The Fairhaven Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall, East Room, to consider the following petition(s):
NEW PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. 160 Balsam Street – Plot 43B, Lot 26 – Variance request from Chapter 198-18: Short 12’ of the required 30’ front setback, 13’ short of required 30’ rear yard, 10.5’ short of required 20’ side yard, and 14% over the maximum allowed building coverage of 15% all within an RR District.
