3. Petitioner: Scott Snow, RE: 3 Sedgwick Road, Plot 29B, Lot 479-482, Cert. #328. 198-18: Short 21,500 sq. ft. of required 30,000 sq. ft. and 60’ short of required 140’ frontage within an RR District.
