Fairhaven Zoning Board of Appeals
The Fairhaven Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 6:00 PM in the Town Hall to consider the following petition(s):

2. Petitioner: Jeremiah E. & Diane E. Foster, RE: 18 Cherry Street, Plot 13, Lot 8A, Book 8288 and Page 87. 198-18: Short 1’ of required 10’ side yard in an RA District.
