1. REF# ZBA-026-012: 31 Hedge Street, Map 15, Lot 096. Applicant Lindsay Taylor seeks a Special Permit to authorize housing chickens on property in a Single Residence (RA) district not to exceed 10 chickens, not to include roosters, for the coop to be at least 20 feet from any dwelling and at least 10 feet from the property line, and for the applicant to submit an operations and maintenance plan for manure, food and water to the Board of Health, pursuant to the Fairhaven Zoning Bylaw 198-16, Use Regulation Schedule and Chapter 405, Animals.
2. REF# ZBA-026-013: 101-103 Ashley Island Rd, Map 29, Lot15 & 16A, Book 4552, Page 32. Applicant Carlos A Pereira requests a variance from section 198-32.2 “dock and Piers” (9) Depth of water at mean low water. The depths are 10”-12” vs. 30” minimum.
3. REF# ZBA 026-014: 7 Sippican Street, Map 42A, Lot 257 & 259, Book 12244, Page 34. Applicant/Owner Frederick Miller requests a variance from Zoning By Laws 198-32.2 “Docks and Piers” (3) (a) & (5) to construct a pier longer than 75 ft and closer than 25 ft. from a property line.
