Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Fairhaven will hold a Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17th, 2025 in the Board of Public Works Conference Room, 5 Arsene Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719. In accordance with MGL Chapter 87, Section 3. Discussion of requested removal of 4 hazardous trees located at 26 Dover Street (±18” Maple), 33 Alpine Ave (±14” Maple) and two at 21 Alpine Ave (±16&18” Maple). Anyone opposed to the removal of these trees should do so in writing per MGL 87 at said hearing.
