PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Fairhaven, Massachusetts
Notice is hereby given in accordance with provisions of Chapter 130, Section 60 of MGL as amended and Rules and Regulations promulgated by the Fairhaven Select Board, that Blue Stream Shellfish LLC has filed an application to install a shellfish nursery installation in Round Cove within the municipal waters of the Town of Fairhaven.
The application, including a plan showing the specific location of the proposed site, can be viewed at the Marine Resources Department at Town Hall. The current application is open for 30-day public comment, finishing with a public hearing with the Select Board, to be held on June 5 at 6:30 PM.
