INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The Fairhaven Public Schools, hereinafter called the “AWARDING AUTHORITY” invites sealed bids from Contractors for the “Gymnasium Flooring Replacement at Elizabeth Hastings Middle School”,located at 30 School Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts 02719.
The project consists of removing the existing hardwood flooring to the sub-floor and furnishing and installing new hardwood flooring with all court markings, school logo, and finish topcoat. All work shall be performed as indicated.
The Contract Documents may be downloaded on or after Thursday, June 2, 2022, at no charge at http://www.rowsearchitects.com by clicking on “Bidding” or at http://www.questcdn.com under “Login” using Quest CDN Project No. 8222528.
Bids will be received electronically before 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, June 16, 2022. Submit Bids to Nicole V. Potter, School Business Manager, npotter@ fairhavenps.net with a copy to Ted Rowse, trowse@ rowsearchitects.com. Bids that are submitted after the scheduled due date and time shall be determined late and shall not be accepted. Bids mailed, hand-delivered, or faxed shall not be accepted.
Fairhaven Public Schools reserves the right to waive any or all informalities in the IFB process and to reject any or all proposals if it is considered to be in the best interest of the Fairhaven Public Schools to do so.
A Non-Mandatory, Pre-Bid conference shall take place in the Gymnasium on Thursday, June 9, 2022, at 3:00 PM at the Elizabeth Hastings Middle School, 30 School Street, Fairhaven, Massachusetts, 02719.
