Fairhaven Public Schools – Fairhaven, MA INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The School Committee of Fairhaven Public Schools as Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for the Fairhaven High School Alumni Stadium Restroom Support Building located at 12 Huttleston Ave Fairhaven MA 02719. Bids shall be in accordance with Contract Documents dated October 12th, 2021.
Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available online at www.Projectdog.com beginning on October 20th, 2021. Log in and enter the Project Code 846482 in the search box and select “Acquire Documents” for a free, downloadable bid set.
The Project consists of the preparation and installation of the following:
General Earthwork and Erosion Control, Storm Sewer Drainage, Fencing and Netting, Concrete sidewalks, Bituminous Sidewalks, Utility distribution to new restroom building, CMU Building with restrooms, and Seeding and Surface Restoration.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, October 27th, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. local time at the Project location. Interested parties are to meet at the site for a walk-through at the Fairhaven Alumni Stadium at Fairhaven High School, 12 Huttleston Ave., Fairhaven MA 02719.
SEALED BIDS will be received by the Awarding Authority until 10:30 a.m. local time, on Wednesday, November 10th, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read via Zoom, no late bids will be accepted.
*If at the deadline for receipt of responses, the School Department is closed due to inclement weather or other unforeseeable events, the deadline will be postponed until 10:30 a.m. the next normal business day.
Fairhaven Public Schools reserves the right to waive any or all informalities in the IFB process and to reject any or all proposals if it is considered to be in the best interest of the Fairhaven Public Schools to do so.
