ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Fairhaven Public Schools, hereinafter called the “AWARDING AUTHORITY” invites sealed bids from Contractors for the “Playground Surface Replacement at LeRoy L. Wood Elementary School”, located at 60 Sconticut Neck Road, Fairhaven, Massachusetts, 02719.
The project consists in general removing the existing top playground rubber pour in-place surface layer and replacing with new poured in place rubber surface system. All work to be performed as indicated.

Notice is also posted on CommBuys, the Commonwealth’s public procurement website (www.commbuys.com); Bid BD-24-1267-1267C-1267L-92633, however the Bid Package can only be obtained from Rowse Architects as set forth above.
BIDS will be received electronically before 2:00 PM local time, Thursday, September 28, 2023. Submit Bids to Nicole V. Potter, School Business Manager, npotter@fairhavenps.net with a copy to Ted Rowse, trowse@rowsearchitects.com. Bids that are submitted after the scheduled due date and time shall be determined late and shall not be accepted. Bids mailed, hand-delivered or faxed shall not be accepted.
Bids must be submitted electronically. Results of the bid opening are public knowledge and will be posted www.questcdn.com under under Login using QuestCDN Project #8686931.
A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid conference shall take place at the Playground site on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at 3:00 PM at LeRoy L. Wood Elementary School, 60 Sconticut Neck Road, Fairhaven, Massachusetts 02719.
