The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application: SP25-05 10 Diamond Street ADU – Ruby & Jaime Medeiros, the owner of 10 Diamond Street, requests a special permit for re-building garage with an Accessory Dwelling Unit above. The property is located at Map 29 Lot 046 & 72.
