Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following applications: SP25-02 Walmart – TKG Fairhaven Commons LLC, the owner of 42 Fairhaven Commons Way, requests a special permit to modify the existing parking striping and signage and increase the number of pickup parking spaces. The property is located at Map 26 Lot 13.
