FAIRHAVEN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on April 10, 2018, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
This is a request by applicant, Scott Snow, for the purpose of consideration of a Repetitive Petition application, for new construction of a dwelling unit on a non-conforming lot whose grandfather rights have expired, located at 3 Sedgewick Road (Map 29B, Lots 479-482) and Reservation Rd (Map 29B, Lots 476-478) in the Rural Residence (RR) zoning district.
The procedure for a Repetitive Petition calls for the Planning Board to hold a public hearing on the petition and to make a determination that the petition before it has specific and material changes in the conditions upon which the previous unfavorable action was based.
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For more information or to schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
