Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday April 23, 2024, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application: SD24-01 – Mark Blouin, the owner of 11 Delmont Street, seeks to discontinue the unaccepted portion of Delmont Street that abuts the north side of his property. The property is located at Map 28B Lot 715 and Map 29 Lots 6C & 8.
