Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application: SD23-04 – Joel Brienzo and Mary Jane Brienzo, the owners of 11 Sandra Lane, seek to discontinue the area of a paper road, Sandra Lane, that abuts the north side of their property. The property is located at Map 36 Lot 30.
