Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday October 24, 2023, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application: SP23-08 – 88 Fort Street. The applicant, the Terje Tonnessen Revocable Trust – 2015, is requesting approval through the Special Permit review process to build a private residential pier. The proposal includes Fairhaven Map 5 Lots 4 & 5.
