FAIRHAVEN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on January 23, 2018, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
The purpose of the hearings will be to receive information and public comment on the following applications. 1) Rezone — The applicant, Albert Roderiques is seeking to rezone his property located at 273 Alden Road, Map 37A, Lot 538, containing 19,050 square feet, from Business District (B) to Single Residence Districts (RA). 2) Special Permit for the installation of Small Cell Equipment-V#SC05 — located on Utility Pole #46/10 in the Town right-of-way on Center Street, adjacent to 46 Center Street. The applicant, Cellco Partnership, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, is requesting a Special Permit, to use the existing 29.5-foot tall utility pole. The Small Cell Equipment will be located at a height of 12.5-feet, the meter box will be located at a height of 8-feet, and the Antenna base will be located at a height of 19-feet and will have a top height of 24-feet.
Copies of the applications are on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more information or to schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
