Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday June 20, 2023, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Unacc ST Disc application (s): 1) SD23-01-Alex and Jean Easterday, the owners of the two parcels of land, (270 Sconticut Neck Rd and Thompson Avenue) separated by a paper road, Torrington Road. They are looking to discontinue the road only for the area that divides their two properties. The property is located at Map 29A, Lots 96, 97, and 101-106. 2) SP23-02-Ecogy MA XI, LLC, Ecogy Energy, is seeking a Special Permit to allow a proposed rooftop solar PV system, for the OSJL building on 11-39 Berdon Way, which will be a 190 kW AC front-of-meter solar system. The property is located at Map 27, Lot 030.
