Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct two Public Hearings at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday August 9, 2022, in Fairhaven, The Planning Board Meeting and Public Hearing will be conducted both live and remotely and will be televised on Fairhaven TV Channel 18 and fairhaventv.com. • The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2022-07 – 154 Huttleston Avenue. The applicant, MIHI, LLC, represented by Christian Farland and Brian Murphy of Farland Corporation, is requesting approval through the Special Permit Public Hearing review process to renovate the existing building and convert it to an office with a new gravel parking area in the rear of the building located at 154 Huttleston Avenue (Map 26 Lot 96). The current owners of the property are Linda and Leif Johannessen.
• The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2022-08 – 148 Main Street Pier. The applicant, Diane G. Tomassetti Revocable Trust & Ames Family Living Trust, represented by Schneider, Davignon & Leone Inc. Engineering, is requesting approval through the Special Permit Public Hearing review process for an approximately 141 foot long pier, ramp and float system at 148 Main Street (Map 12A Lot 12).
