Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday June 14, 2022 in Fairhaven on SP 2022-06: Chipotle Restaurant.

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2022-06 — Chipotle Restaurant. The applicant, MCZ Realty, represented by Bohler Engineering, is requesting approval through the Special Permit Public Hearing review process to construct a new approximatly 2,325 sf Chipotle Restaurant Building with a Pickup Window on a pad at 14 Plaza Way between McDonald’s and Sullivan Tire (a portion of Map 27 Lot 13, a 13.72-acre property).
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall by appointment and on the Town website.
