Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday April 26, 2022, in Fairhaven on SP 2022-04: McDonald’s Drive-Thru. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2022-04 – McDonald’s Drive-Thru. The applicant, McDonald’s USA, LLC, represented by Bohler Engineering, is requesting approval through the Special Permit Public Hearing review process for a second drive-thru at the existing restaurant building located on a pad site at 14 Plaza Way (0.93 acre portion of Map 27 Lot 13, a 13.72-acre property).
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall by appointment and on the Town website.
