Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday March 8, 2022, in Fairhaven for two public hearings. The Planning Board Meeting and public hearings will be conducted both live and remotely and will be televised on Fairhaven TV Channel 18 and fairhaventv.com.

1. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2022-01 – 128 Huttleston Car Wash. The applicant, Team Ventures Two, LLC (DBA Wash Ashore Car Wash), is requesting approval through the Special Permit public hearing review process for a proposal to redevelop the site with a new car wash and automobile detailing facility, including associated parking, access drives, vacuum stations, land­scaping, stormwater measures and utility infra­structure at 128 Huttleston Avenue (Map 25 Lots 240C and 243 – 1.55 acres).

2 .The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2022-02 – A&A Car Sales Expansion. The applicant, SAKO Properties, Inc. (DBA A&A Auto), represented by Doug Schneider of Schneider, Davignon & Leone Inc., is requesting approval through the Special Permit public hearing review process for a proposal to convert the existing building on the site into a sales office for the Used Car sales and to utilize the existing paved parking and gravel parking areas for display and storage of vehicles for sale at 200 Huttleston Avenue (Map 30A Lots 82 and 85 – 0.57 acre).

Copies of the applications are on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and all information is accessible at the Planning Board webpage: https://www.fairhaven-ma.gov/planning-board
