Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday January 25, 2022, in Fairhaven on SP 2021-04: Nye Lubricant Expansion. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: SP 2021-04 – Nye Lubricant Expansion. The applicant, Nye Lubricants Inc., represented by Apex Companies LLC (Engineers), is requesting approval through the Special Permit public hearing review process for a proposal to construct a 60,000 sf addition to the existing easterly industrial manufacturing building (Building 3 – 33,690 sf) at 12-16 Rio Way (Map 19 Lot 242 – 10.28 acres) off of Howland Road.
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall by appointment and on the Town website.
