Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday February 9, 2021, remotely from Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Definitive Subdivision application: 1) DS21-01- 46 Sconticut Neck Road, an 8-Lot Subdivision. The applicants, Joshua Alves and Antonio Alves of Alexander Gray Development LLC, are requesting approval through the Definitive Subdivision review process to demolish a house and create an 8-lot subdivision. The location is 46 Sconticut Neck Road, Map 28 Lot 24, Fairhaven (28.13 acres). The proposal includes establishing frontage for the proposed 8-lot subdivision by creating a new street with a cul-de-sac turnaround and associated landscaping and stormwater controls.
