Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday June 23, 2020, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA on RZ 2020-01: Crow Island Rezone to Mixed-Use. The proposal is to rezone Crow Island in Fairhaven Harbor from a Single Residence zoned district (RA) to Mixed-Use (MU).

• The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Rezone application: RZ 2020-01 – Crow Island Rezone to Mixed-Use. The applicant, New Bedford, Inc., represented by Attorney John Markey, is requesting approval through the Rezoning public hearing review process to rezone Crow Island, a 2.3-acre island in New Bedford/Fairhaven Harbor, from a Single Residence (RA) zoned district to the Mixed-Use District (MU).The location is Crow Island, Map 44 Lot 1 (2.29 acres).
A copy of the application is on file at the Department of Planning and Economic Development, Town Hall. Due to the present coronavirus situation, visitors are not allowed at Town Hall.
