Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 11, 2020, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit application: 1) SP 2020-01- Ocean Breezes Condominiums. The applicant, Brian Dupres, dba Shoreline Development (Property owned by Robert & Janet Tubbs), is requesting approval through the Special Permit review process to construct a single four-unit multi-family residential building with two-bedrooms each (eight bedrooms total) on a vacant 0.64 acre piece of land on Huttleston Avenue that used to be a restaurant. The location is 294 Huttleston Avenue, Map 31B Lot 60B.
A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.To schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
