NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Fairhaven Planning Board
Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Special Permit applications:
• Special Permit: SP 2019-13 Lewis Landing; a proposed 12-unit housing complex on Huttleston Avenue in Fairhaven.
• Special Permit: SP 2019-15 Carapace/Mazda; a proposed new car dealership on Bridge Street in Fairhaven.
Copies of the applications are on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. To schedule an appointment to review the application call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
