LEGAL NOTICE: Fairhaven Planning Board

FAIRHAVEN PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on April 11, 2017, in the Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following application. 1) Definitive Subdivision, the applicant, Dean Iacoponi and Charlene Nelson, are requesting a Definitive Subdivision approval to divide their lot into two lots. The applicant has requested an MGL Ch. 41, Sec 81R waiver to reduce the 100-foot frontage requirement of the Business Zone, to 98.51-feet and 20.44-feet respectively for the two lots. The location is 240 and 242 Huttleston Avenue, Map 30A, Lot 329.

A copy of the application is on file for public review at the Planning Board Office, Town Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. For more informa­tion or to schedule an appointment to review the applica­tion call the Planning Department at (508) 979-4082, Ext. 9.
