1) PLN-19-013 20 Yankee Lane Special Permit Amendment application filed by Clean Energy Collective LLC on behalf of Fairhaven MA 2 LLC, pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Section 198-29.6, Solar Photovoltaic Energy Facilities (SPEF), for a proposal to add an energy storage system at two locations within the previously approved solar array at the property located at 20 Yankee Lane, Assessors Map 39, Parcels 16, 23 & 30, in the Rural Residential Zoning District.
2. PLN-19-014 279 & 287 Mill Road Special Permit Amendment application filed by Clean Energy Collective LLC on behalf of the Antone Jr & Carol A Deterra Revocable Trust, pursuant to Zoning Bylaw Section 198-29.6, Solar Photovoltaic Energy Facilities (SPEF), for a proposal to add an energy storage system at two locations within the previously approved solar array at the property located at 279 & 287 Mill Road, Assessors Maps 38 & 39, Parcels 5, 6 & 32, in the Rural Residential Zoning District.
