Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday November 22, 2022 at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. 1 The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on a conceptual revision of the Definitive Subdivision: 1) DS 2019-01- Hiller & Timothy. The applicant, Robert Roderiques, in 2019 requested approval to create a 16-lot subdivision with stormwater controls on 15-acres (Map 28C, Lots 71 and 71A). After numerous public hearings in 2019 into January 2020 the Planning Board denied the application. In June 2022 the Planning Board and Applicant signed a Joint Motion to Remand to review a revised plan. This hearing is the public review of the revised conceptual 15-Lot Subdivision Plan.
