Notice is hereby given that the Fairhaven Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday May 27, 2025, at Town Hall, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA. The Planning Board Meeting will be conducted in Town Hall and remotely and will be televised live on Fairhaven TV Channel 18 and fairhaventv.com.

The purpose of the hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the following Definitive Subdivision application: DC25-010 Sconticut Neck Road aka Island View Road – Peter Armanetti who is purchasing, property from Thomas Ferreira the owner of 0 Sconticut Neck Road, requests approval through the Definitive Subdivision review process to create a 2-lot subdivision. The property is located on the north side of Island View Road, bordered by Sconticut Neck Road, to the west, Nakata Avenue to the east, and Rustic Way, to the North at Map 43 Lot 201. The property has access to Island View road which is a traveled way, with compacted gravel surface, approximately 20 feet wide and is maintained by the Town, plowed and trash and USPS services the houses along Nakata Avenue.
