REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS FOR CPA FUNDING
The Fairhaven Community Preservation Committee will conduct Public Hearings to review (18) applications for FY27 CPA funds that the CPC is reviewing for eligibility and whether to recommend to the Annual Town Meeting in 2026. The following applications will be reviewed on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
Historic Preservation
1. Fairhaven Historic Commission:Historic Property Survey Plan for Town of Fairhaven ($9,999)
2. Riverside Cemetery Monument Restoration Project- ($5,800)
3. Fairhaven Improvement Association:Millicent Library Sidewalk Lighting Project ($25,000)
4. Fairhaven Protecting Society: 1937 Maxim Fire Truck Restoration ($95,000) ($395,000)
5. Fairhaven Public Schools: FHS Exterior Masonry, Roofing and Flashing Preservation: ($140,000)
6. Town of Fairhaven:Air Conditioner for Town Hall auditorium ($700,000)
7. Town of Fairhaven: Town Hall West Retained Wall Project ($320,000)
8. Town of Fairhaven: Town Hall Repair of 4 Wooden Doors and 4 Front Pillars Town Hall ($25,000)
9. Town of Fairhaven: Masonry Repair of Academy Building Foundation ($45,000)
10. Millicent Library Restoration & Preservation Project ($25,000)

11. Sustainability Committee: Macomber Pimental Park Native Plant Garden ($3,505)
12. Pickleball and Tennis Assoc: Livesey Park, Tennis, Basketball Pickleball Resurfacing ( $120,000)
13. BPW: Big Belly Trash Compactor ($30,000)
14. BPW: West Island Town Beach Permanent Bathrooms ($348,900)
