Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 17, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. in the Fairhaven Town Hall. Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
• Request for Determination Applicant Michael Papetti location 23 Balsam Street Plot 43C Lot 119 Purpose replace existing shed on sona tubes within a VE flood zone.
• Request for Determination Applicant Alan & Alexandra Vaynerchuk Location 32 Alder Street Plot 43A Lot 14 Purpose install an 8’ x 10’ shed and a 6’ privacy fence within a VE flood zone.
• Request for Determination Applicant Jesse Walker Location 28 Charity Stevens Lane Plot 40 Lot 14A Purpose soil evaluation and percolation test to repair an existing system within 100 buffer zone to BVW and within the NRB
• Request for Determination applicant Jane McGowen Location 3 Kennedy Circle Plot 32A Lot3-5 Purpose construct a farmers porch within 100’ of a salt marsh.
