Pursuant to Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, this meeting will be conducted in person and via remote means, in accordance with applicable law. This means that members of the public body as well as members of the public may access this meeting in person, or via virtual means. In person attendance will be at 40 Center Street, and it is possible that any or all members of the public body may attend remotely, with in-person attendance consisting of members of the public. MGL, Ch. 30a, § 20(f) requires anyone that intends to record any portions of a public meeting, either by audio or video, or both, to notify the Chair at the beginning of the meeting.

The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1. CON 023-358: 24 Hathaway Street, Map 28B, Lot 016 Request for Determination filed by Karen Diggins to construct a 14’ x 14’ 3-season room in place of the existing 14’ x 14’ deck in the rear of house with landing and stairs. Work located at 24 Hathaway Street, Map 28B, Lot 016 which is within FEMA Flood Zone AE (EL.14’).
2. SE 023-1420, CON 023-359: 110 Middle Street, Map 12, Lot 17 Notice of Intent filed by Uday Patel for the installation of six, twelve-inch diameter greenheart piles, which are replacements for worn piles, previously removed due to wear. Work located at 110 Middle Street, Map 12, Lot 17 which is within FEMA Flood Zone AE (EL.6’), Land Under the Ocean, Land Containing Shellfish, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage.
Information regarding remote meeting access, listed above, will also be provided on the Conservation Agenda posted on the Town’s website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
