Fairhaven Conservation Commission
The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 01, 2017 at 6:30 P.M. in the Fairhaven Town Hall. Purpose is for the Request for Determination of the following matters as required by Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131 Section 40 as amended.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Estate of Gloria McGreevy Location 455 Bridge Street Plot 31 Lot 9 purpose septic system repair within the 100’ buffer zone to BVW and within the Nasketucket River Basin.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Clean Energy Collective Location 279 Mill Road Plot 38 & 39 Lots 05, 05, & 32 Purpose install ground mounted photovoltaic solar arrays within 100’ of BVW and within a River front area.
• Notice of Intent Applicant Antonio J. & Ldalina Martinho Location 5 Causeway Road Plot 43A Lot 3 & 4 Purpose construct single family dwelling within a VE flood zone and within 100’ buffer zone to BVW.
• Notice of Intent Applicant William J. & Mary A. Chemelli Location Fir Street Plot 43B Lot317, 319 & 321. Purpose construct single family dwelling within a VE flood zone and within 100’ buffer zone to BVW.
