The Fairhaven Conservation Commission will hold the following Public Hearings pursuant to the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 131, s. 40) and the Code of the Town of Fairhaven Chapter 192, Wetlands:
1. CON-19-022 26 Fort Street Notice of Intent filed by Maria Horecky for the construction of a pile-supported pier and floating dock and the repair of the existing stone seawall at the property located at 26 Fort Street, Assessors Map 3, Parcel 5. Work to take place within Land Under Ocean, Coastal Bank, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage/Zone AE.
Copies of the applications listed in this hearing notice may be viewed at the Office of Planning & Economic Development in Town Hall, located at 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA.
